I implement a powerful personalization strategy by integrating students' own faces into lesson materials, making them characters in our stories and activities. This method makes the content instantly relatable, creating a strong sense of belonging and connection for each child. As a result, students feel a deeper personal investment in the lesson, which significantly boosts their engagement and makes the learning experience more meaningful and memorable.

I believe in adapting curriculum to meet deeper learning goals.
